5th CPLP Energy and Climate Seminar

The 5th CPLP Energy and Climate Seminar will take place on 20th October 2025, in Maputo (Mozambique), and will focus on Energy Planning and Financing — the first pillar defined as a priority in the CPLP 2030 Energy and Climate Cooperation Roadmap by the focal points and representatives present at the 4th CPLP Energy and Climate Seminar, held in March this year.

This seminar is part of a five-day agenda:

20th October: 5th CPLP Energy and Climate Seminar
21st October: CPLP Energy and Climate Cooperation Event and Technical Workshop for a coordinated approach by CPLP countries at COP 30, with the energy, environment and finance focal points of the CPLP
22nd October: XV RELOP Annual Conference 2025 – Regulating for the Energy Sustainability of Portuguese-Speaking Countries
23rd and 24th October: Specialized training sessions on Long-Term Low Emission Development Strategies (LT-LEDS) and Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) of Portuguese-Speaking Countries
