Dedicated to the CPLP Energy and Climate Week and featuring a special section on the COP30, the fourth edition of the Energy and Climate in the CPLP brings together several articles on energy planning, financing mobilization and cooperation for the energy transition within the CPLP space.

Edited and published by ALER, this issue includes contributions from the International Energy Agency (IEA), the Office of the Minister for Energy and Environment of Portugal, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Association of Energy Regulators of Portuguese-Speaking Countries (RELOP), NDC Partnership and MCA.
